Hiring Licensed & Associate Therapists
Her Space Therapy Los Angeles is looking to build a team of driven, compassionate, ready to learn therapists to provide holistic trauma-informed therapy to women and parents in California. All applicants must have active BBS registration in California, be willing to maintain a caseload of 15-20 client hours a week, and desire to work with adults, trauma/complex PTSD and the perinatal population. Furthermore, training in one of the following modalities is preferred for employment: EMDR, Trauma Resiliency Model, Internal Family Systems, Havening, or Somatic Experiencing.
Employment Information
Associate Therapists
This is a position for an Associate therapist with active BBS registration who does not already have a position at another private practice. A few exceptions may apply and will be discussed in the initial interview.
Weekly individual or triadic supervision will be provided..
Paid sick time, paid admin time, and an annual budget for professional development is provided. Other benefits may be provided if working full-time.
Fair hourly wage that raises with client caseload.
Flexible scheduling and the ability to work hybrid from home and in an office in Pasadena California.
HIPAA complaint phone line, email and EHR is provided.
Associate therapists are expected to participate in their own marketing and will also be consistently provided clients through Her Space Los Angeles.
Associates will provide ongoing training in professional development/marketing, and applying parts work, somatic practices, psychodynamic theory, and trauma modalities with clients.
Licensed Therapists
This is a position for a Licensed therapist who does not already have a position at another private practice.
Consultation (frequency TBD) provided.
Paid sick time, paid admin time, and an annual budget for professional development is provided. Other benefits may be provided if working full-time.
